Issue/Introduction

This article explains the steps to resolve issue with failed Host addition to VCF cluster for the above mentioned error

Symptoms:

Unable to Add host to vcf cluster

Error in /var/log/vmware/vcf/domainmanager/domainmanager.log

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 4.x

Cause

• Hosts were part of SDDC earlier and were removed and re-imaged
• Stale entries of host post re-imaging or deleting the host

Resolution

Please open a ticket with Broadcom Support.
