This is a known issue in the Management Pack for Horizon, and currently there is no resolution. Please subscribe to the article to be alerted to updates.
Workaround:
To workaround the issue, import the Capacity UAG Session Disparity.zip file which is attached to this article into your environment.
- Log into the vRealize Operations Product UI as local admin
- Navigate to Visualize > Views > Manage > Actions (...) > Import
- Browse to the downloaded Capacity UAG Session Disparity.zip file
- Select the "Overwrite existing view" option and click the Import button
You should now see data in the UAG Current Session Disparity widget of the Horizon World Operations Overview Dashboard
