High MP4H Collection Duration due to delayed API response for latest Horizon Servers

Issue/Introduction

• High Management Pack for Horizon (MP4H) collection duration observed due to long API response time on the latest version of Horizon Servers
• MP4H Adapter has very high collection duration of ~1500 secs
• Horizon Connection Servers have high CPU utilization up to 90%
• Horizon Connection Servers have high Memory utilization up to 90%
• The impacted versions are 2212 (8.8), 2303 (8.9), 2306 (8.10)

Resolution

Horizon 8.11 and 8.8.2 builds have the fix for this performance issue currently.
