Generate diagnostics from the GUI

Collect diagnostics file from Watch4net / MnR GUI

Environment

Watch4Net/M&R 7.X

Resolution

To collect the diagnostics output from GUI, follow below steps:

1) Click on the Administration as shown below: 

 

 

2) Click on the SYSTEM ADMIN tab and Click on the "Logs and Diagnostics" in the left side pane as shown below:

 

 

3) Click on the "Generate diagnostic files" button,

 

4) It will take some time depending on the size of the diagnostics output and you may download the file once it is generated and upload the diagnostics.zip file to SR directory.
