Issue/Introduction

Status Of Enhancement Requests (ER’s) For VSA Products (Smarts, NCM and Watch4net)

Resolution

Enhancement Requests (ER’s) for VSA Products NCM and Watch4net will no longer be accepted (effective as of August 2023). Please note that this impacts of all versions of NCM and Watch4net.
However, Enhancement Requests (ER’s) for VMware Smart Assurance can be submitted for VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance (TCSA). Please note that:

  • For Smarts (VMware Smart Assurance) Enhancement Requests:
    • Would be implemented within VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance if reviewed and approved.
    • These ER’s would not be implemented within VMware Smart Assurance.
  • These will be subject to review by Engineering and Product Management for consideration for future TCSA releases.

If an ER is submitted for VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance (TCSA), and you’d like an update, please reach out to your Account Manager for updates (make sure to have ER Number available).
