Enhancement Requests (ER’s) for VSA Products NCM and Watch4net will no longer be accepted (effective as of August 2023). Please note that this impacts of all versions of NCM and Watch4net.
However, Enhancement Requests (ER’s) for VMware Smart Assurance can be submitted for VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance (TCSA). Please note that:
If an ER is submitted for VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance (TCSA), and you’d like an update, please reach out to your Account Manager for updates (make sure to have ER Number available).
If you’d like to submit an Enhancement Request, please open a Service Request with the ER details.
