What is the maximum number of users that can simultaneously access the Smarts Service Assurance Manager (Smarts SAM) 8.x console?

Resolution

The maximum number of users that can simultaneously access the Smarts SAM console is 1024.

Both the Smarts SAM Console and Smarts SAM WebConsole Clients are identified as IC Console in Smarts SAM 8.x, and both are treated as Java-Clients. From the Smarts SAM server perspective, both are the same.
