Resolution

EMC Smarts will use one of the following two OIDs to poll for Card Status on Cisco Routers and will report status based on the values found in the MIB

OldCiscoChassis               cardOperStatus                   1.3.6.1.4.1.9.3.6.11.1.9

1 : not-specified
2 : up
3 : down
4 : standby

CiscoEntityFruControl        cefcModuleOperStatus       1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.1.2.1.1.2

1 : unknown
2 : up
3 :
disabled
4 : okButDiagFailed

The Instrumentation section of the certification for a specific router should have one of the following two lines depending on the OID available:

Card-Fault  = OldCiscoChassis

Card-Fault  = CiscoEntityFRU:DeviceID
