NCM GUI reports Exception Occurred and Details report java.util.ConcurrentModificationException when trying to delete network

Issue/Introduction

To provide details on what we found to solve the issue in this scenario.

Symptoms:

While in the console, user cannot delete a network,
User sysadmin, 
Highlight the Networks, select the Network we would like to remove, and upon hitting Remove button get this error: Exception Error, Click details and we find "java.util.ConcurrentModificationException"

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - NCM

Cause

Before deleting the Network container in NCM, the container must be empty

Resolution

In this case we found that the Automation Libraries were created or copied in to the Network container that was not removed from the Network containers that we were trying to delete.  

Make sure that all objects are removed from the Network to prevent or resolve the exception error as listed in the NCM GUI on the Error Details tab of java.util.ConcurrentModificationException
