After login to Chargeback ,below error appear:
"please provide the admin credentials in administration > solutions > vrealize operations"
Customers cannot view statistics
1. Use below command to check possible large files:
"The /dev/sda4 partition has insufficient free disk space" message during prechecks for upgrade to Aria Suite Lifecycle 8.14 (95238)
2. After logging to the Chargeback interface again, the previous error disappeared, but some information became 0.
It is confirmed that these information from VCD adapter in vRops where all these data were also 0.
After setting the filter by provider VDCs list and filter by organizations list in the VCD adapter to null values, I restarted the collection of the adapter and the information was collected successfully.
3. After solving the above problems, it was still found that Chargeback could not be accessed through the tenant. After restarting the vCloud cluster, the login returned to normal.
