Symptoms:

Error: "Something went wrong" when adding VeloCloud Orchestrator as a datasource to vRealize Network Insight Cloud

The VeloC API may return with an error similar to:

Cause

The account being used for adding the datasource has multiple customers associated with it.

Resolution

Use an account with only the desired account associated with it.
