Issue/Introduction
When you launch a HTML5 virtual machine console from within the VMware vSphere Web Client, you experience these symptoms:
The mouse pointer does not function properly within the virtual machine console window
It is not possible to select or click on some regions within the console
Keyboard mapping are incorrect when using non US English keyboard layout

You must use a supported browser
You have the VMware Client Integration Plug-in installed
Resolution
This is a known issue affecting VMware vCenter Server 6.0.
This issue is resolved in VMware vCenter Server 6.0 Update 2, available at
ProductFiles - Support Portal - Broadcom support portal
To work around this issue, use one of these options:
Use the VMware Remote Console. For more information, see

Access the virtual machine console from the VMware vSphere Client.
Install VMware Tools on the virtual machine and increase the screen resolution until the mouse pointer has a full range of movement.
