vSAN UI dose not show up

Issue/Introduction

To fix vmware-vsan-health related issue

Symptoms:

1. vSAN UI can not show up
2. Can not create new vm or add a disk to a vm

Environment

VMware vSAN 7.0.x

Cause

1. certificate issue with vmware-vsan-health
2. vmware-vsan-health can not start up

Resolution

1. if vmware-vsan-health is down, use df -h to check vcenter space if any is full. and check /var/log/vmware/vsan-health/vsan-health-service.log if it is too big (several G). remove or empty log file and try to restart vmware-vsan-health
2. if vmware-vsan-health is up, check any ssl mismatch with lsdoctor

Can not check vsan related UI on vCenter
