Environment

VMware NSX-T
VMware Cloud Director Availability 4.x

Cause

This issue occurs because the ESXi host where the NSX-T autonomous edge was deployed has a non supported processor which stops you from being able to configure the edge.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, deploy the NSX-T autonomous edge on an ESXi host meeting the NSX-T edge VM CPU requirements.

For more information, see theĀ NSX Edge VM System Requirements section of the NSX-T Data Center documentation.
