This is a known issue affecting Cloud Director Availability 4.6.
Currently, there is no resolution.
Workaround:
To workaround this issue, update both the TCP Balancer Address and Port fields by typing them in manually.
- Log into the Cloud Director Availability Provider Portal.
- In the left pane under Configuration, click Settings.
- Under Tunnel settings next to Tunnel HA, click Setup.
- Delete the current address and port in the TCP Balancer Address and Port fields.
- Manually type both the address and the port using your keyboard.
- Click OK.
