Cause

This issue occurs when the Organization VDCs that are visible to the user are created from a Provider VDC that Cloud Director Availability does not have access to for configuring and managing replications.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, ensure that Cloud Director Availability has access to the Provider VDCs whose Organization VDCs are being used as either source or destination virtual data centers for replications.
  1. Log into the Cloud Director Availability Provider Portal.
  2. In the left pane under Configuration, click Settings.
  3. Under Site settings next to Accessible Provider VDCs, click Edit.
  4. In the Accessible Provider VDCs window, enable the required Provider VDCs and click Apply.
