Error: "One or more of the paired Replicators' lookup service URLs differ" warning in the System Monitoring view of the Cloud Director Availability Provider Portal

Issue/Introduction
In the System Monitoring view of the VMware Cloud Director Availability Provider Portal, you see the following message in the Replicators lookup service configuration field of the Manager Service status section:
One or more of the paired Replicators' lookup service URLs differ
In /opt/vmware/h4/manager/log/manager.log on the Cloud Replication Management appliance, you see an entry similar to:

Cause
This issue occurs when the local Replicators of the site you are connected to have been registered to different lookup service URLs.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, re-register all of the local Replicators to the same lookup service URL.
To update the Lookup Service address for a Replicator appliance, perform the following steps:
In a browser, navigate to the Replicator Service Management Portal.
In the left pane, click on Configuration.
Under Service endpoints, click Edit on the Lookup Service Address field.
In the pop-up window, enter the correct Lookup Service URL.
