"The operation is not supported." error when filtering replications by overall health or replication state in Cloud Director Availability 4.4.x

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• When you filter replications by overall health in the Status view for Incoming or Outgoing Replications, no replications are listed and you see the error:

The operation is not supported.

• When you filter replications by replication state in the Instances view for Incoming or Outgoing Replications, no replications are listed and you see the error:

The operation is not supported.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director Availability 4.x

Cause

This issue occurs because Cloud Director Availability is unable to retrieve synchronization timestamps from the Manager Service database while filtering replications.

Resolution

This is a known issue in Cloud Director Availability 4.4.x.
Currently, there is no resolution.
