Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Not all variable, input or output types listed when adding new variables, inputs or outputs to a workflow in vRealize Orchestrator.
• The search results are limited to 20 results.
• Selecting Show all... there are no pagination links displayed.

Environment

VMware vRealize Orchestrator 8.x

Cause

The variables are not displayed after selecting show all due to a UI bug in pagination.

Resolution

The issue is resolved in the Aria Automation Orchestrator 8.12 release

Workaround:
To workaround the issue you can type more characters to better match the variable you are searching for. Alternatively you can pull a list of entire variables from the API. For more information on the vRealize Orchestrator API see the Rest API guide.
