Issue/Introduction

• Unable to download Aria Automation Orchestrator update binaries in Aria Suite lifecycle Manager when licensed with a vSphere license
• An error similar to the following is visible in the Aria Suite lifecycle Manager UI:

Error Code: LCMMYVMWARE60022

Unable to find the requested product version details in the VMware Aria Suite versions this user account is entitled to. Check your credentials and account entitlements, and verify that the product binaries are currently available in MyVMware.

Error occurred while downloading product binaries from MyVMware account : <MyVMwareUsername>. Please check the logs for more details

Environment

VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle 8.x

Resolution

At time of writing Aria Suite Lifecycle does not support the download of update binaries for Orchestrator with a vSphere license applied.

For Aria Automation Orchestrator binary download, from Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager, we currently support 'vRealize Suite' licenses and 'vRealize Cloud Universal' licences.
