Soft constraint tags are not respected for network profile selection in VMware Aria Automation

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

When attempting to select Network Profile based on soft constraint tags the desired network profile is not selected for provisioning.

The issue also affects scenarios where hard constraint tags are combined with soft tags in which case soft tags should be leveraged as tie breakers.

In both scenarios outlined above the soft constraint tags are ignored

Environment

VMware vRealize Automation 8.x

Resolution

The issue will be resolved in the VMware Aria Automation 8.11.1 release

Workaround:
The workaround is to use hard constraint tags for network profile selection and to not rely on the soft tags until this issue is fixed.
