Approvals cannot be completed by users assigned to the Support Group Role

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to or installing vRealize Automation 7.5, you may find that users who are part of the Support Group role cannot approve requests.  When the user reviews the approval request, the justification text box is disabled and only the cancel button is visible.

Resolution

Issue is resolved in vRA 7.5 Hotfix 2
