Multiple reasons can contribute to this error, such as, conflict in VIB version, dependency issues and/or other product specific reasons that requires vendor to investigate further.
Please validate the listed VIBs and its corresponding software. If the VIBs are not actively using the software, they may choose to remove it and proceed with the upgrade normally. Else, suggest to consult Vendor support for further guidance.
