Impact of using UnknownAgent CREATE in the trap adapter configuration on the device count

Issue/Introduction

Does using UnknownAgent CREATE in the Smarts SAM/OI trap adapter configuration effect the overall Smarts managed device count. 

Environment

All supported release of Smarts

Resolution

When UnknownAgent is set to CREATE in the trap adapter configuration, a Node class instance is created in the OI and SAM when a trap is recieved from a device that is not already in the IP topology.

These Node instances do not affect the overall device count. Device count is only relevant in the IP manager.
