** There is no limit on number of collectors but Total VMs and Flows should be in capacity limits as per Platform Brick Size or Cluster size

Note:

• Maximum number of VMs that can be managed by one proxy VM is 10,000 without flows OR 6,000 with flows. And one vCenter can be added to only one proxy at a time. If a single vCenter has more 10K Vms, vRNI does not support the configuration

  • Max limit for flows ingestion is 5M per vRNI collector (valid for NetFlow Collector as well)

  • 2M active flow ingestion in a 24 hour window per node, up-to max of 10M for a 5 node cluster
  • 10M flows in a single search query without metric clauses
  • 4M flows in a single search query with metric clauses
  • 4M flows in Micro-segmentation and planning
• Medium brick
  • 1M active flow ingestion in a 24 hour window
  • 6M flows in a single search query without metric clauses
  • 2M flows in a single search query with metric clauses
  • 2M flows in Micro-segmentation and planning
