Issue/Introduction
Attempted to delete a stretched T0 in a NSX-T federation setup resulted in having the T0 status stuck in "deletion in progress"
UI shows the following error during the deletion: The object path=[/global-infra/tier-0s/T0] cannot be deleted as either it is overridden or has overridden children. The found overridden paths=[/global-infra/tier-0s/T0/locale-services/X/bgp] ----------- The object path=[/global-infra/tier-0s/T0] cannot be deleted as either it is overridden or has overridden children. The found overridden paths=[/global-infra/tier-0s/T0/locale-services/X/bgp]
Environment
VMware NSX-T Data Center.
Cause
This issue can occur when there are database inconsistencies between sites.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, you can run a fullsync on all LMs with following API:
POST https://<<LM>>/policy/api/v1/infra/full-sync-action?action=request_full_sync
If the issue persists after the full sync API has been run, please open a support request with Broadcom Support and reference this KB article.
