Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
In vCenter 6.x when using HTML5 VMRC or Standalone VMRC with custom alarm created, the alert doesn't trigger notification

Cause

Changes were done that make the notification process not available to send alert in the 6.x environment

Resolution

The functionality is not currently scheduled to be made available in future versions.  

Workaround:
There is no known workaround
