VMRC connection no longer triggering alerts in HTML5 VMRC or Standalone VMRC in 6.x vCenter

Issue/Introduction

In vCenter 6.x when using HTML5 VMRC or Standalone VMRC with custom alarm created, the alert doesn't trigger notification

Cause

Changes were done that make the notification process not available to send alert in the 6.x environment

Resolution

There is no workaround and the functionality is not currently scheduled to be made available in future versions.
