Does the Universal Job Management Agent (UUJMA) software support Windows 2012?

We are running UUJMA release 11.2 on Windows and we plan to upgrade Windows.

 

Yes, only UUJMA release 11.2 SP2 CUM1 level supports Windows 2012.

So please make sure to upgrade UUJMA to 11.2 SP2 CUM1 release.

 

You can download this release from support.ca.com page for "Universal Job Management Agent" under :

You will need to login with your email address as username and the associated password.

 

Then under "Quick Access" on the right of the page, click on "Download Center".

 

Select a Product: CA Universal Job Management Agent - MULTI-PLATFORM

Select a Release: 11.2

Select a Gen Level: 1211

Then click on "Go" and download :
