Title: Alarm for physical_server.physical_server_install_failed
Event ID: physical_server.physical_server_install_failed
Added in release: 4.0.0
Alarm Description:

• Purpose: Physical Server installation failed.
• Impact: In this case user will not be able to create transport node on the target server.

 

Environment

VMware NSX

Resolution

Navigate to System > Fabric > Hosts > Standalone, check NSX Configuration and resolve the error on the node

Additional Information

If you contact support for this issue, please include the following data:

• NSX Manager Logs from all 3 Manager nodes in the cluster.
• Bare Metal Server (BMS, Linux or Windows) logs via NSX UI.
