Identify a known issue which may cause HCX migration to be stuck in configuration stage and how to recover that.
HCX migration workflow does not proceed may be stuck in "Received lock request on IX appliance" state.
Below error/exceptions can be seen in HCX app.log on HCX Connector or Cloud system:

The issue is caused by stale entry of an OLD IX appliance which could've been removed ungracefully by user in the past from either system.
Kindly open a support request with Broadcom support to get assistance on this issue.
