Upgrade failure due to a missing column while importing the schema (Stage 2)

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading from 7.x to 8.x you observe an error during the second stage:

xxxx-xx-xxTxx:xx:xx.xxxZ  Upgrade import failed due to error Error while deploying schema: psql.bin:/storage/seat/cis-export-folder/vcdb/VCDB_schema.dump:xxxxx: ERROR:  column "creation_time" of relation "vsan_historical_health_202x_xx_xx" does not exist
xxxx-xx-xxTxx:xx:xx.xxxZ  Upgrade import step failed
xxxx-xx-xxTxx:xx:xx.xxxZ  vPostgres firstboot(action=firstboot) failed
