[VMC] SDDC deletion fails due to failure to release some leaked EIPs

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to delete a VMC on AWS SDDC throws the below error:-

• com.vmware.skyscraper.common.InternalSkyscraperException: Failed to release some leaked EIPs in SDDC <SDDC ID>

VMware Cloud on AWS

Cause

This is caused by the SDDC internal service being unable to release some associated EIPs which exist within the VMC Shadow Account. They are likely associated with Reverse Pointer (rPTR) records.

Resolution

Raise a case with VMware Cloud on AWS team with the below details:-

1. SDDC ID (Get Support)
2. Share the error message seen when attempting to delete the SDDC
