[VMC on AWS] HTTP sessions of vCenter have exceeded their limit of 2000

Issue/Introduction

To clarify and advise the customer about the email/NGW received.

Symptoms:
Customers may receive an email/NGW stating "Please be advised that the HTTP sessions of vCenter have exceeded their limit of 2000. Below user IDs are the top contributors for the HTTP sessions."

Cause

This can be caused by automations that are configured using the user IDs mentioned in the email. This includes any created scripts or application/sessions that are not logged out or closed.

Resolution

• Verify if there are any issues in vCenter.
• Customers will need to investigate the environment for any users or scripts that could be making any API calls.

When the active connection exceeds 2000 HTTP sessions, it may impact vCenter availability.
