When trying to perform an Add action in Endevor-it is failing with "element not signed out". How do we resolve this?

How do we resolve an "element not signed out" error when trying to Add an element back into Endevor

 

 

 

Resolution

An Add that gets an "element not signed out" message indicates that the element was Retrieved without Signout.

To resolve the error condition, you can do one of two things:

• OPTION 1:  Re-Retrieve the element and under ACTION OPTIONS: specify -

SIGNOUT ELEMENT  ===> Y (Y/N)

 

• OPTION 2: Use the Signin action and under ACTION OPTIONS: specify -

SIGNOUT TO       ===> userid
