Symptoms:
1. Below services down after reboot psc:
"pschealth vmonapi vmware-cm vmware-sca vmware-vapi-endpoint"
2.vpxd failed to start due to psc service down
3.vmdird is running and no error in vmdird log

Environment
VMware vCenter Server Appliance 6.7.x
VMware vCenter Server Appliance 7.0.x
Cause
PSC Reboot
Resolution
1.Check port connection in both psc and vcenter, something like:
openssl s_client -connect <psc>:389
openssl s_client -connect <vcenter>:389
2.If psc side failed to response to the query, there should be some DFW or security issue between psc and vcenter, further check with instruction team.
