Login to the Supervisor Cluster fails with an "internal server error", while vCenter Server > Workload Management > config status, displays an "HTTP request error" similar to the below screenshot:

Recreating the trust between vCenter and the compute manager on NSX-T will resolve the issue:
A page refresh is needed to update the status of the compute manager, it is expected to show "registered" and "up".
If upon returning to vSphere, an error similar to the below screenshot is displayed, the error can be ignored and it will disappear shortly. If the error persists, please create a support request with VMware Support.
This has been reported to occur after Supervisor Cluster license expiration.
Impact/Risks:
You are unable to log in to your supervisor cluster using "kubectl vsphere login" command.
