[VMC ON AWS] Unable to upload files to the datastore

Issue/Introduction

This article provides steps on how to upload files to the Workload Datastore

Symptoms:
Upload files to datastore option is greyed out

Cause

The options greyed out to upload files as there is no user permission available to upload the the files to the root of the datastore

Resolution

Please follow the below steps:

• Please navigate to the Workload datastore and select files options.
• Under the files option, please create a new folder under the root directory and upload the files 
• Upload the files by selecting the existing folder under the root directory in the workload datastore.
