[VMC] Unable to configure Hybrid Linked Mode for an SDDC group

Issue/Introduction

To provide the cause of the HLM linking failure.

Symptoms:
The SDDCs are members of an SDDC group and they are linked. 
Attempt to configure Hybrid Linked Mode (HLM) will fail. 
This affects HLM configured from the vCenter Cloud Gateway (VCGA) and from the SDDC.

Cause

This is caused by having the SDDCs in the SDDC group linked. If the SDDCs are linked, HLM is not supported.

Resolution

There is no resolution.

Workaround:
There is no workaround.
