[VMC on AWS] VCDR Connector in a hung state

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
The VCDR UI shows the status red and has lost connectivity to the recovery SDDC on VMC from On-prem
The VCDR UI shows the status red and has lost connectivity to the recovery SDDC on VMC from On-prem
Cause
Due to a known Datrium bug the connector goes to hung state
Resolution
1. Login to the vCenter
2. Locate the connector VM
3. Shutdown and Power On
4. Verify in VCDR UI if, the connectivity shows green.
Workaround:
If the VM does not power on and shows OVF issue, please deploy a new connector.
