[VCDR] Modifying a VCDR subscription plan

Issue/Introduction

To clarify and provide a resolution for the customer.

Symptoms:
You may accidentally select the a wrong subscription plan during the deployment of VCDR and would like to change the plan. For example, going from one year to three years.

Cause

Unable to modify the current subscription plans as VCDR does not support flex subscriptions.

Resolution

Please work with your accounts manager to have the current subscription canceled and create a new subscription.

This is expected behavior for VCDR.
