Resolution to resolve CloudDR-Proxy "Internal error. Contact support."
Compliance Check failure for Cloud Proxy:
"Internal issue, contact support."
This error message can be seen from VCDR Build Version - 7.23.1.0 or later.
This can be caused if there is a DFW rule that is manually disabled from CloudDR-Proxy CIDR reaching CloudDR-Prefixes. These rules are automatically created by VMware Cloud DR and may have been administratively disabled.
Set VMC on AWS DFW rules . Step 10 will be of interest to ensure the rule is toggled to 'enable' (green icon to enable the DFW CloudDR-Proxy rule) -

or
