Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
Cannot access the vCenter UI.
vCenter UI does not provides the login prompt and remains at the loading screen.

Cause
This is caused by a deadlock issue in the OSGI library.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in SDDC versions 1.18 and 1.20.6
