[VMC] Unable to rename external storage

Issue/Introduction

After adding external storage to the SDDC cluster, there is no option to rename the datastore. 

Environment

VMware Cloud on AWS

Cause

Renaming an external datastore is not supported in VMC on AWS SDDCs. 

Resolution

Workaround:

• Remove the external storage from the cluster. 
• Give the external storage the desired name. 
• Attach the external storage to the cluster with the updated name.
