Issue/Introduction

Apply workaround to allow the SRM RPO Violation alert from re-occurring, re-appearing.

Symptoms:
nvironment may experience similar to:

• SRM RPO Violation " Alerts seen across all VMs in "Compute-ResourcePool".
• On-prem VR may have intermittent connectivity with SDDC VR server on port 31031.

Cause

Tasks Max value for hbrsrv is limited to 15%, and is not ideal for many on-going replications.

Resolution

Validate connectivity between On-Premise vSphere replication server to Cloud vSphere replication server using Connectivity test in VMC console.

If the connectivity test comes green, engage VMware Support for further assistance.
