Issue/Introduction

To resolve the alert triggered, " Unable to apply DRS resource settings on host. This can significantly reduce the effectiveness of DRS."

Symptoms:

• A Host in Cloud vCenter reports the following error:

Resolution

To clear the alert, reconfigure vSphere HA on the affected host. 

If the alert does not clear after reconfiguring HA, engage VMware Support for further assistance.
