Issue/Introduction

The article provides information regarding  the warning on on-prem SRM instances about using an evaluation license key

Symptoms:
The On-prem SRM instance reports that an evaluation key is currently in use, even though it is successfully paired with the Cloud SRM instance.

 

Resolution

If the SRM is used on on-prem for replication to VMware Site Recovery (i.e. VMC DRaaS), an on-premises license is not required and the warning is a cosmetic issue and can be safely ignored.
