Duplicate entries for certificate replacement for NSXT is triggered in VCF

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Duplicate entries of certificate replacement is triggered in the sub-tasks section of certificate replacement.
• The duplicate operations fail with the tooltip message "Certificate is already applied to host"

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 3.7.x
VMware Cloud Foundation 3.5.x
VMware Cloud Foundation 2.x
VMware Cloud Foundation 3.8.x
VMware Cloud Foundation 3.0.x

Resolution

The issue has been fixed in version 3.9.1

Workaround:
The NSXT certificates are already replaced successfully. The ERROR in the certificate management UI tab can be ignored.
