Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

In VMware Cloud Foundation version 4.5.1, after removing NFS storage the contents of the /etc/exports file are not deleted. This leads to stale entries.

/nfs/vmware/vcf/nfs-mount 10.0.0.100(ro,sync,no_subtree_check)
/nfs/vmware/vcf/nfs-mount 10.0.0.101(ro,sync,no_subtree_check)
/nfs/vmware/vcf/nfs-mount 10.0.0.102(ro,sync,no_subtree_check)
/nfs/vmware/vcf/nfs-mount 10.0.0.103(ro,sync,no_subtree_check)
/nfs/vmware/vcf/nfs-mount 10.0.0.104(ro,sync,no_subtree_check)
/nfs/vmware/vcf/nfs-mount 10.0.0.105(ro,sync,no_subtree_check)
