Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
Below error message is displayed, when trying to schedule a parallel workload domain vCenter upgrade

Retrieving update patches bundles failed. Unable to retrieve aggregated LCM bundles: Encountered error fetching http://127.0.0.1/inventory/domains/undefined/inventory api - Resource ID: undefined not found in ResourceInventoryController

Environment

Vmware Cloud Foundation 4.5

Cause

This is intermittent in nature. This occured in a scale environment, while fetching the domain details.

Resolution

Currently there is no resolution to the issue. The issue will be fixed in the future releases.

Workaround:
To workaround the issue, hard refresh the browser. This issue will be resolved.
