How to unstretch vcf-vxrail vsan stretch clusters on VCF 4.x and VCF 5.x

Issue/Introduction

Unable to un-stretch a VCF-VxRail vSAN stretch cluster. 

Get the following error,

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 4.x
VMware Cloud Foundation 5.x

Resolution

Currently there is no resolution for the issue.

Please contact VMware by Broadcom support for assistance with the manual steps to unstretch the VCF-VxRail cluster.
