Performance issue observed while CNS volume relocation

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

Slight delay(~20 seconds) to complete CNS volume relocation

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 8.0.x

Cause

Due to the existing design of First Class Disk design, relocation of a CNS volume could get delayed by 20 seconds.

Resolution

VMware is aware of this issue and will be fixed in the future release in. vSphere 8.0
